This 7 story mid-rise building is being erected in Las Vegas, Nevada. Garyk Lee was commissioned and has partnered with NYC design associate, Tom Murray, to give this modern structure a unique interior design. As you can see from the rendering by Garyk, color blocking melds the natural surroundings into these bi-level lofts and common pool area shown atop the building.
